The information centre was opened in early 2023 within the premises of Spa Sklené Teplice directly opposite the Spa House of Maria Theresa.

It provides the following services:

• Reservations and sales of spa treatments and spa tickets

• Sale of souvenirs directly from local manufacturers from the nearby town of Žiar nad Hronom and the city of Banská Štiavnica

• Information about leisure activities in the spa and the surrounding nature
• Flyers and promotional materials of the GRON Region - tourist brochures, maps.
