The cycling path is bidirectional. It is meant for more experienced cyclists, so visitors should be in good shape. However, you will encounter rewarding views of the beautiful nature in the Kľak valley with its typical scattered houses in villages Župkov and Píla.

Depart from the "Pri kaplnke" crossroads near the chapel, above the village of Ostrý Grúň. The asphalt road will take you past the last inhabited house in the village (Kršlovci). It then enters the "Klenová dolina" valley. On the right side you will go past the hill "Klenový vrch". About two kilometres of a more intense climb take you to its summit (Klenová). Turn left here. The asphalt road turns into a field road. Ride through the forest landscape and the meadow. The route is characterized by slight elevation followed by a descent. When you reach the stop "Pod Vígľaš", you can join the cycling path to Hrabičov. The blue cycling path continues towards the "Debnárova hora" mountain, where its most complicated section starts. It crosses through challenging forest terrain, and overlooks the meadows with panoramic views of the village of Župkov and the surrounding hills. It is followed by a steeper descent to stop "Frtálov vrch" where the road is asphalted and slightly descends to the village of Horný Župkov. The blue cycling path continues from the village of Horný Župkov through the forest on an unpaved road, up to the family house of Belanovci, where it sharply turns to the left. Now comes the last steeper climb towards Tomáš Stahl. The route slowly descends here, along other scattered Stahl settlements, a chapel, with some beautiful views. It curves to the right at the Abraham Stahl and slowly descends to the final stop of the route - "Pri kríži" (At the Cross).

You are likely to see forest logging on this cycling path, or activities of the state-owned forestry company "Lesy SR, š. p.". Ride and cross with caution.
