The Hulín hill (650 m.a.s.l.), popularly known as the "White Rock”, is located near the town of Nová Baňa, above the village of Brehy in "Štiavnické vrchy" mountains. A yellow signposted trail leads to its summit. The first trail section crosses a smaller hill with a calvary. The trail is lined with old trees, and tourists who are out of shape may be caught by surprise by the slope and its gradient. The summit is your reward for trudging up the hill, crowned with a wooden cross, a lookout with a bench, and splendid views. You can take the same route back or take the green trail through Schlosberg. Along the way, you will find traces of medieval mining activities – large pings (funnel-shaped terrain depressions), drift mines, and adits. The last section of the trail runs along asphalted road, or leads you to the forest path above. The trail also passes by the “Fabka” family house – a traditional thatched house.
